Members of Bonner County Republican Women, Inc. sent well over a dozen letters to the editor during the fall of 2024 to fight Proposition 1—a scheme to implement Ranked Choice Voting in Idaho. In addition, people who attended our monthly luncheons learned about the initiative and  the costs it would have on the community. Happily, Proposition 1 was defeated in the November election by a landslide. In fact, more people voted against Proposition 1 than for Donald Trump!
