Heather Scott: A conservative voice in the Idaho Legislature

Heather Scott recently joined Scott Herndon at the September Bonner County Republican Women Inc. monthly members' luncheon.  Scott is a conservative Republican politician who has served in the Idaho House of Representatives since 2014. She strongly advocates for limited government, individual liberty, and traditional values.

Scott was elected to the Idaho House of Representatives in 2014. She has been a vocal critic of government overreach and has supported legislation to reduce taxes, limit regulations, and protect Second Amendment rights. She has also strongly advocated for parental rights and has opposed Common Core education standards.

Scott is a member of the Idaho Freedom Foundation, a conservative think tank that advocates for limited government. She is also a member of the House Freedom Caucus, a group of conservative lawmakers who have pledged to fight for limited government and individual liberty.

In the 2022 election, Scott was re-elected to the Idaho House of Representatives. She now serves in District 2A, which includes parts of Kootenai and Shoshone counties.

Heather Scott is a conservative voice in the Idaho legislature committed to fighting for the people of Idaho. She is a rising star in the Republican Party and will surely be a force to be reckoned with in the years to come.  Scott was born in Ohio and raised in a military family. She earned a degree in biology from the University of Akron, then worked as an aquatic biologist for the Idaho Department of Fish and Game. She is also a small business owner.
